Description The Lancet 2012 - Appendix B. Mapping revisions and variants of the ICD, Web Table 3 provides a listing of the ICD9 BTL, ICD9 detail, and ICD10 codes for each of 291 GBD causes. The table is organized by GBD cause, presenting the specific ICD codes that were mapped to each cause for each of the three ICD variants.
